, in Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti, has condemned the removal of the institution’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Samuel Oye Bandele, by Governor Kayode Fayemi.

ASUU-EKSU chairman, Prof. Olufayo Olu-Olu, in Ado-Ekiti on Sunday said Fayemi’s action did not follow due process.

adding that, “It is the university's Governing Council that has the power to remove the VC, after following due process.”
